The Followers Need Good Leaders

Leadership is a learned set of behaviors and the ability to lead with that skill set that almost all the followers can follow and develop. But one question comes to the mind; do your followers follow your all orders willingly? Probably not almost all, Possibly you need to step forward and offer your influence and broaden your visions across the people and the words, you need to be supportive, proactive, remember people are your assets, you need to learn how to trust people.

Also you need to recognize various magnitudes of your own talents and develop your leadership potentials and also recognize the strength and skills of your different followers. Reward and recognize them when your followers perform best, Its all about to build team spirit, working together create synergy where everybody join for achieving more, its like orchestra any one can take the lead in between. You may consider to develop any technique to use intrinsic motivation with your followers. Never underestimate your follower’s strength laid in their intelligence, insight, and creativity. Remember the followers can bring out the best in leaders.

    Studies show that less than half of business leaders are able to instil trust in subordinates, yep its important you should have trust on your followers.
